Characteristics :
Y phase strength alloy has excellent mechanical properties at high temperature and extremely low temperature. It is suitable for appling in temperature of 1300F(705℃ ). It can be easily work and age hardening. Excellent strength from -423 degrees Fahrenheit to 1300 degrees Fahrenheit (-253 degrees Celsius to 705 degrees Celsius). In age Hardening, aging status can be welded completely, the excellent oxidation resistance to 1800 degrees Fahrenheit (980 degrees Celsius).
Applications :
This alloy is always appling in blast turbine parts and low temperature storage tank. Jet engine, pump and spare parts, rocket engines, thrust reversers, fuel element pads, hot extrusion dies. Other applications are high-strength bolting, and underground shaft.
